# **Program Objectives**
1. Foster entrepreneurial mindset and skills among high school and college students.
2. Encourage innovation, creativity, and problem-solving through business idea generation and prototyping.
3. Provide access to resources, mentorship, and networking opportunities to support student entrepreneurs in their journeys.
4. Develop a pipeline of young entrepreneurs who are equipped to drive economic growth, create jobs, and make a positive impact on their communities.
5. Build a global network of life-long connections with other like-minded entrepreneurs at different stages to help lift their careers.
By offering a comprehensive range of business incubation services, Launchpad aims to make a significant impact on the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
We aim to build an inter-school entrepreneurship network between school entrepreneurship clubs around the SF Bay Area to encourage cross-collaboration. For club members without a team but who want to delve deeper into entrepreneurship, these clubs can funnel us students.
# **Program Structure**
Our incubation program consists of three phases. The first 2 phases, spanning 4 months, require solid commitment and dedication from the student participants.
1\. **Phase 1 (Week 1 to 5)**: Onboarding, workshops, lectures and mentor matching.
2\. **Phase 2 (Week 6 to 16)**: Product and service development, mentor sync-ups and office hours, initial market networking opportunities for building initial client relationships.
3\. **Phase 3 (Week 17 and beyond)**: Ongoing mentorship, business development support, initial product/market fit, industry-specific resources, and accounting/financial management guidance.
